5 min high protein Breakfast

Ingredients

  • listcheckegg white : 4
  • listcheckwhole egg : 1
  • listcheckcustard powder : 5 gm
  • listcheckblack raisins : 10 gm
  • listcheckGreek yogurt (any flavor): 50 gm
  • listcheckbutter : 1gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take 1 whole and 4 egg whites and whisk properly.
  • Step-2
    Dilute custard powder with 2-3 table spoon of water.
  • Step-3
    Add diluted custard to eggs, add half raisins and whisk.
  • Step-4
    Put non-stick pan on slow flame and brush butter on it.
  • Step-5
    Pour the mixture in the pan and cover the lid.
  • Step-6
    Cook till it become fluffy.
  • Step-7
    Cut in peace and garnish with yoghurt and raisins
  • Step-8
    Enjoy with black coffee 😊
