Step-1Cut one onion one tomato half bellpepper .
Heat 2 spoon ghee in pan ,
Put onion ginger fry for a while
Put bellpepper fry for a while
Put spices salt etc
Let everything mix well and put half cup water thereafter.
Once the water starts evaporating put the crushed Tofu on pan and stir well for 3-5 mins.
Finish with cheese toppings and serve hot.
It can then be put into dosa or sandwich as well
