Step-1Wash the chicken pieces properly.
Step-2Take the Chicken pieces in a bowl and Add hung curd to it.
Step-3Add Red Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder to it.
Step-4Mix well and apply properly to the Chicken pieces
Step-5Let it aside for few minutes. Tip: If u want this Tandoori to have that tangy taste, you have to keep it marinate for 4-5 hours.
Step-6Take a pressure cooker, add water to it such that a steel bowl used for pressure cooking can just float on it.
Step-7Place a lid on that bowl and add the chicken pieces on that lid. Apply the cover and make the gas flame to medium to high.
Step-8Pressure cook this chicken pieces for about three whistles.
Step-9After that remove the pressure cooker cover. Abd take out the chicken pieces.
Step-10With the help of the skewers roasted the chicken pieces on Gas Flame.
Step-11Serve hot with green chilly chutney and onion sprigs.
