While I'm preparing for the competition, I always wanted to eat healthy food items. When I say healthy it means, Low oil or rather no Oil. So just tried out this recipe. It's totally oil free and can be cooked with an ease.

Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken Breast- 200 gms
  • listcheckHung Curd-1 cup
  • listcheckGinger & Garlic paste- 2 teaspoon
  • listcheckRed Chilly powder- As per requirement
  • listcheckCoriander Powder-1 teaspoon
  • listcheckGaram Masala-1/2 teaspoon
  • listcheckSalt- To Taste
  • listcheckGreen Chillies (4-5) for Chutney
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Wash the chicken pieces properly.
  • Step-2
    Take the Chicken pieces in a bowl and Add hung curd to it.
  • Step-3
    Add Red Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder to it.
  • Step-4
    Mix well and apply properly to the Chicken pieces
  • Step-5
    Let it aside for few minutes. Tip: If u want this Tandoori to have that tangy taste, you have to keep it marinate for 4-5 hours.
  • Step-6
    Take a pressure cooker, add water to it such that a steel bowl used for pressure cooking can just float on it.
  • Step-7
    Place a lid on that bowl and add the chicken pieces on that lid. Apply the cover and make the gas flame to medium to high.
  • Step-8
    Pressure cook this chicken pieces for about three whistles.
  • Step-9
    After that remove the pressure cooker cover. Abd take out the chicken pieces.
  • Step-10
    With the help of the skewers roasted the chicken pieces on Gas Flame.
  • Step-11
    Serve hot with green chilly chutney and onion sprigs.
