Ingredients

  • listcheck40g Soaked & Boiled Chickpeas ( Chole )
  • listcheck2-3 tsp Hung Curd
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheck1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • listcheck2-3 Cloves of Garlic
  • listcheck1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • listcheck3-4 tsp Olive Oil
  • listcheck4-5 tsp of Warm Water
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak the Chickpeas overnight.
  • Step-2
    Boil them and strain them into a food processor.
  • Step-3
    Add in the Garlic Cloves, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Cumin Powder, Salt, Hung Curd
  • Step-4
    Add 2 tsp of warm water.
  • Step-5
    Keep checking the mix and keep adding the warm water and olive oil as per the consistency turns to a creamy Dip.
  • Step-6
    Toast the breads and cut off slices of Bell Peppers, Capsicums, Tomatoes, Cucumbers & Beans
  • Step-7
    Enjoy with adding Olive oil on the top for the plating along with paprika or red chilli powder.
