Step-1Make a puree of onion, tomato, green chillies and garlic.
Step-2In a pan, add oil, add jeera and hing.
Step-3Add capsicum, saute for a couple of minutes. Add Dill and Fenugreek leaves. Saute again.
Step-4Add the puree.
Step-5Add a pinch of haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Step-6Mix everything, add tofu and add 2 tbsp water and cook.
