Ingredients

  • listcheckTofu 200 gms
  • listcheckFenugreek leaves 25 gms
  • listcheckDill leaves 20 gms
  • listcheckCapsicum- 1/2
  • listcheckTomato- 1
  • listcheckOnion- 1
  • listcheckGarlic
  • listcheckGreen chillies
  • listcheckOil- 7 gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Make a puree of onion, tomato, green chillies and garlic.
  • Step-2
    In a pan, add oil, add jeera and hing.
  • Step-3
    Add capsicum, saute for a couple of minutes. Add Dill and Fenugreek leaves. Saute again.
  • Step-4
    Add the puree.
  • Step-5
    Add a pinch of haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Step-6
    Mix everything, add tofu and add 2 tbsp water and cook.
