  • listcheckSoy flour 25gms
  • listcheckWheat flour 25gms
  • listcheckCoconut oil/Vegan ghee 7.5gms
  • listcheckTomato 1/2
  • listcheckOnion 1/2
  • listcheckChillies 2
  • listcheckTurmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala 1 pinch.

  • Step-1
    Heat coconut oil/vegan ghee in a frying pan.
  • Step-2
    Add onions till they turn brownish.
  • Step-3
    Add tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Step-4
    Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
  • Step-5
    Add scrambled tofu and stir well.
  • Step-6
    Mix the soy flour and wheat flour for the roti.
