Step-1Grind oats in mixer and keep aside.
Step-2take besan or chickpea flour into a bowl and mix oats in this
Step-3add salt, onion and spinach leaves in to it
Step-4mix all of them well and at last add eggs and beat until you get a flowing batter
Step-5add little milk.
Step-6greace pan with butter and pour batter into the pan and cook for 5 minutes from both sides
Step-7serve it with boiled chickpeas.
Step-8this tastes delicious and crispy.
