  • listcheckPaneer 70 gm
  • listcheckRed paprika 30 gm
  • listcheckonion 40 gm
  • listcheckgreen chilli 8 gm
  • listcheckrice 50 gm
  • listcheckghee 4 gm
  • listchecksalt, kitchen king, garam masala as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    saute paneer in 2 gm ghee till side starts turning brown
  • Step-2
    add paprika, green chilli and onion. add spices and saute for 5 more mins and cover it.
  • Step-3
    add boiled rice and mix it well.
  • Step-4
    cover for 10 mins
  • Step-5
    paneer fried rice is ready

    have it with pickle if your macros allow
