How to make & Aloo tikki burger

Step-1

boil potato

Step-2

meanwhile cut a big ring of onion fir the burger and the remaining in small pieces, same with tomato

Step-3

put 3 gm ghee on a non stick pan and add onion. add little salt and saute it.

Step-4

once its light brown add tomato

Step-5

cover for 1 minute and add kitchen king, garam masala

Step-6

once the potatoes are boiled mash them and add it to the pan and add some more salt as per taste. cover it for 2-3 mins

Step-7

take the mixture out in a plate and let ut cool for 5 mins

Step-8

once it cools down make a ball and flatten it as per the size of burger bread

Step-9

add 1 gm ghee to the same pan

Step-10

put the tikki and cover to 5 mins

Step-11

add 1 gm ghee and turn the tikki

Step-12

meanwhile cut the burger bread and put cheese on top half of the bread and grill for 5 mins

Step-13

put the tikki on the bottom half of the bread

Step-14

add yoghurt sauce, tomato and onion

Step-15

for yoghurt sauce: mix yoghurt, oregano and chilli flakes

Step-16

the tasty serving is ready
