Step-1Marinate a 100 g chicken breast in soya sauce, chilly sauce, salt, and cardamom powder for an hour. Shallow fry it with little olive oil till it's cooked from both sides. Remove chicken and add onions in the same oil plus water released by chicken, and saute. Add spices to taste (dhania, Lal mirch, salt). Cut the cooked chicken breast to pieces and add to the onions. Cover for 5 min or till chicken cooked to your choice. serve hot.
