It’s a childhood comfort food I missed specially in winters. Replaced wheat with soya flour to make it high protein and used a lil wheat flour for binding. You won’t be missing the taste.....

Ingredients

  • listcheck30 GMs soya flour
  • listcheck20 GMs wheat flour
  • listcheck100 GMs cucumber
  • listcheck1 small spicy green chilly finely chopped
  • listcheck1 tsp sesame seeds
  • listcheckPinch of turmeric
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • listcheckAmchur powder as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grab a bowl, measure soya flour and wheat flour.
  • Step-2
    Grate cucumber in the same bowl of flour
  • Step-3
    Add all spices
  • Step-4
    Mix and add water to make batter. Keep the batter a bit thick for making crisp pancakes
  • Step-5
    Make pancake, use oil if you wish for roasting. You can avoid and save it for some other recipes.
  • Step-6
    Enjoy hot with peanut chutney or dahi. Don’t forget to calculate calories for same.
