Quick n crispy

Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer 100gms hung curd 5gms Rice flour 30gms coconut oil 6gms (2gms for each dosa) salt ajwain a pinch chopped onions coriander n green chillies
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grind paneer, hung curd, rice flour n salt in to fine paste
  • Step-2
    take it to a bowl add water to idly batter consistency
  • Step-3
    add ajwain
  • Step-4
    spread on nonstick pan (don't make it too thin as it becomes easy to flip)
  • Step-5
    cover it n cook in low flame
  • Step-6
    after 2min put oil
  • Step-7
    again cover n cook till the edges turn to red n crispy
  • Step-8
    flip it if u want
  • Step-9
    or else put chopped onions coriander n green chillies n fold
  • Step-10
    Enjoy crispy dosas
