How to make & Paneer Dosa

Step-1

Grind paneer, hung curd, rice flour n salt in to fine paste

Step-2

take it to a bowl add water to idly batter consistency

Step-3

add ajwain

Step-4

spread on nonstick pan (don't make it too thin as it becomes easy to flip)

Step-5

cover it n cook in low flame

Step-6

after 2min put oil

Step-7

again cover n cook till the edges turn to red n crispy

Step-8

flip it if u want

Step-9

or else put chopped onions coriander n green chillies n fold

Step-10

Enjoy crispy dosas
