  • listcheck150gm Salmon
  • listcheck100gm Curd
  • listcheckGinger Garlic paste
  • listcheck5gm Ghee
  • listcheckTurmeric
  • listcheckCoriander powder
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckStevia
  • listcheckGreen Chilli/ Red chilli powder
  • listcheckGaram Masala
  • listcheck1/2 onion paste
  • listcheckBay leaf
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Marinade the fish with all ingredients, except for onion paste, ghee and stevia, for 2 hours, preferably overnight
  • Step-2
    Heat ghee in a pan
  • Step-3
    Add onion paste and stevia. Fry till the onion caramalize on high flame.
  • Step-4
    Lower flame to medium low. Add fish with marination and cover.
  • Step-5
    Cook covered and in low flame till the fish can be easily flaked, ie, around 15mins.
  • Step-6
    Garnish with chopped coriander
