Ingredients

  • listcheckCabbage 200gms
  • listcheckHalf tomato
  • listcheckHalf onion (Try Getting Sprinkle Onion it will make dish look good)
  • listcheckPaneer 100gms
  • listcheckGhee 10gms
  • listcheckMaggie masala e magic just to sprinkle
  • listcheckEverest Shahi Biryani Masala 1 teaspoon
  • listcheckSalt As per taste
  • listcheckChilli powder as per taste
  • listcheckTurmeric powder as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add Ghee in the pan and Add chopped Onion and tomato on it stir it and it keep for 2mins on low flame
  • Step-2
    Add Fine chopped cabbage and Salt
  • Step-3
    Close the Lid and Let it steam for more 5 mins
  • Step-4
    Then Open Lid and add masala Chilly powder and Turmeric powder
  • Step-5
    Again close lid for sometime untill it steams well
  • Step-6
    Take paneer and smash it like bhurji and add it the pan
  • Step-7
    Now mix it well and steam again for 5 mins and its ready
