at times you just want to eat something warm and hot, but also need to it to be a healthy quick fix

Ingredients

  • listcheckpaneer 200gm
  • listcheckpeas 30gm
  • listcheckcarrot 20gm
  • listcheckonion 10gm
  • listcheckgarlic 5gm
  • listcheckgreen chillies 5gm
  • listchecksalt
  • listcheckghee 10gm
  • listcheckwater 1 glass
  • listcheckoats 30gm
  • listcheckjeera _ didn't measure that
  • listcheckcoriander and pudina - didn't measure that
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. use a non-stick tawa, add the ghee and heat it, then add jeera followed by garlic, chillies & onions in the mentioned order
  • Step-2
    2. add the vegetables and paneer (grated for creamy gooey texture / cube for grainy texture)
  • Step-3
    3. add water and salt(as required) and boil it for 5 mins
  • Step-4
    4 add the oats and boil it on high flame for 5 more minutes
  • Step-5
    5. garnish with lime / pudina/ coriander
  • Step-6
    I have used thin paneer slices (roasted and crunchy) instead of chips.
