How to make & Matar Paneer Bread Logs

Step-1

Boil peas, grind and mix salt,,aamchur and ginger garlic paste and cook on low flame for 5 mins

Step-2

marinate paneer with chilli flakes,mixed herbs,salt and lime juice and keep aside for 5 mins

Step-3

Cut edges of bread slices and flatten with a rolling pin

Step-4

Take a slice of bread , layer with peas masala and top it with a slice of paneer

Step-5

Roll the bread in the shape of a log and seal edges with water

Step-6

Grease a non stick tawa with olive oil and place the logs on the tawa

Step-7

grease the logs and cook until brown on all sides

Step-8

Garnish with shredded cabbage and bell peppers

Step-9

Serve hot with Coriander and mint chutney
