Extremely quick and easy Paneer sauté with an Italian twist!

Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer = 200 gm
  • listcheckMushroom = 30 gm
  • listcheckBroccoli = 50 gm
  • listcheckTomatos = 15 gm
  • listcheckFrench Beans = 20 gm
  • listcheckBlack Pepper = 1/3rd Teaspoon
  • listcheckChilli flakes = 1/3rd Teaspoon
  • listcheckOregano = 1/3rd Teaspoon
  • listcheckOlive oil = 10 gm
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take pan and heat olive oil in it.
  • Step-2
    Sauté all vegetables on low flame till it's half cooked for 5 minutes.
  • Step-3
    Add Oregano, Black pepper, Chilli flakes and Salt. Stir all to sauté together.
  • Step-4
    Add cubed Paneer and stir till vegetables cook as per your desire around 5 minutes.
  • Step-5
    Garnish with appropriate dressing.
