Step-1For the chicken:
Step-2Chop the chicken into cubes and marinate with ginger and garlic as paste, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Step-4Splutter the red chilli.
Step-5Saute the onions and green chillies till soft.
Step-6Add the chicken and give it a good stir for two minutes. Cover and cook.
Step-7Add a splash of vinegar to taste. Done
Step-8For The rice
Step-9Warm the oil
Step-10Fry the washed rice for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step-11Add water (double the quantity in volume).
Step-12Sprinkle the veggies over the water and add salt to taste. Bring to a boil. Simmer.
Step-13Cover and cook until done.
