Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken boneless- 200gm
  • listcheckGinger - 5gm
  • listcheckGarlic - 10gm
  • listcheckEgg - 1
  • listcheckAll purpose flour- 15gm
  • listcheckBreadcrumbs- 10gm
  • listcheckButter- 10gm
  • listcheckOnion- 10gm
  • listcheckBell peppers - 50gm
  • listcheckGrapes (green)- 20gm
  • listcheckTomato sauce - 20gm
  • listcheckSoy sauce- 10gm
  • listcheckApple cider vinegar - 20gm
  • listcheckSalt & zero calorie sweetener- as per the taste.
  • listcheckBeetroot - 3gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Clean and cut chicken breast in small or medium sized chunks and marinate it with ginger garlic(5gm) paste, egg, all purpose flour (5gm), salt and breadcrumbs.
  • Step-2
    Meanwhile, In a bowl, add chopped garlic(5gm), tomato sauce, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar and give a nice whisk. Also add salt and sweetener to this.
  • Step-3
    Brush the non- stick pan with butter and roast the marinated chicken pieces until it's caramel brown on both sides and it's cook through. Keep it aside.
  • Step-4
    In the same pan, saute chopped onion, chopped beet root (3gm, to give natural red color)and bell peppers slit for about a minute. Then, add grapes and give all a nice toss.
  • Step-5
    Now, pour in the sauce mixture and add little water. Add chicken chunks and let all simmer for about 10 minutes or until you get thick consistency.
  • Step-6
    Take it in a plate and garnish with pinch of sesame seeds, spring onion and spring garlic (Macros of these not included). Enjoy!
