Step-1Clean and cut chicken breast in small or medium sized chunks and marinate it with ginger garlic(5gm) paste, egg, all purpose flour (5gm), salt and breadcrumbs.
Step-2Meanwhile, In a bowl, add chopped garlic(5gm), tomato sauce, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar and give a nice whisk. Also add salt and sweetener to this.
Step-3Brush the non- stick pan with butter and roast the marinated chicken pieces until it's caramel brown on both sides and it's cook through. Keep it aside.
Step-4In the same pan, saute chopped onion, chopped beet root (3gm, to give natural red color)and bell peppers slit for about a minute. Then, add grapes and give all a nice toss.
Step-5Now, pour in the sauce mixture and add little water. Add chicken chunks and let all simmer for about 10 minutes or until you get thick consistency.
Step-6Take it in a plate and garnish with pinch of sesame seeds, spring onion and spring garlic (Macros of these not included). Enjoy!
