Ingredients

  • listcheckTomato 50 gm
  • listcheckOnion 80 gm
  • listcheckGreen chilli - one
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • listcheckAmchoor - one tsp optional
  • listcheckKasoori Methi - for seasoning
  • listcheckGhee 10 ml
  • listcheckCapsicum 100 gm
  • listcheckPaneer 200 gm ( Nandini)
  • listcheckChilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheckGaram masala.
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat 5 ml oil and saute diced onion and capsicum on high heat for around three to four minutes stirring continuously. Take them out and keep aside. In the same pan add 5 ml ghee and sauté the paneer cubes for three minutes continuously tossing in between and grill them to golden brown. Now take it out and keep aside. In the same pan put fine chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste and fry them a little till the rawness of ginger garlic paste goes and add red chilli powder, salt to taste,Garam masala and 1/4 cup water and boil. In this stage put a little amchoor powder or tomato sauce if u like. This is optional. Now toss the paneer cubes , onion capsicum And diced tomatoes for another two minutes. Your Paneer Jhalfrezy is ready . Sprinkle some kasoori methi on top of it.
