Tart shells made out of chicken filled with meledy of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken breast 200g
  • listcheckAmul Pizza cheese (mozzarella) 20g
  • listcheckEgg White 2 nos
  • listcheckIsabgol / psyllium husk 10g
  • listcheckGarlic powder 5g
  • listcheckPepper powder 5g
  • listcheckOregano dried 3g
  • listcheckThyme dried 3g
  • listcheckRed Bell pepper 30g (finely chopped)
  • listcheckGreen Bell pepper 30g (finely chopped)
  • listcheckYellow Bell pepper 30g (finely chopped)
  • listcheckCauliflower very small florets 10g
  • listcheckFrench beans 20g (finely chopped)
  • listcheckGarlic 15g (finely chopped)
  • listcheckButter 3g
  • listcheckCumin powder 5g
  • listcheckPaprika powder 5g
  • listcheckCilantro leaves 10g
  • listcheckLime juice 5ml
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Step 1) Add salt to chicken breast and keep aside for 30 mins. Step 2) steam and cook the chicken breast for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Step 3) Add to mixer grinding jar steamed chicken breast +20g amul Pizza cheese(mozzarella) + 2 egg whites +10g isabgol + 5 g garlic powder +5g pepper powder + 3g oregano dried + 3 g thyme dried + salt as per taste. Grind to smooth paste Step 4) Line and press the aluminium tart moulds ( cupcake moulds /silicone moulds also work great) with tart mixture. Step 5) bake in oven at 250°F for 20 minutes ( keep in empty cooker with stand without rubber ring if oven not there will work as oven same results) Step 6) while the tart is baking, take a nonstick pan, switch on flame and add butter and minced garlic 15g. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Step 7) Add cauliflower and fresh beans and cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Add red, yellow and green Bell pepper and saute for 2 minutes. Step 8) Add cumin powder 5g,paprika powder 5g and salt and saute for 2 minutes. Step 9) Switch off flame, add cilantro leaves and lime juice and mix well. Step 10) Carefully remove the tart moulds from oven /cooker. Carefully unmould the tart shells. Fill the chicken tart shells with vegetable mixture and enjoy.
