Ingredients

  • listcheckBesan - 40gm
  • listcheckPaneer - 100gm - grated
  • listcheckTomato- 25gm - finely chopped
  • listcheckOnion - 25gm - finely chopped
  • listcheckgreen chilli - 1 - finely chopped
  • listcheckGinger - grated
  • listcheckButter - 10gm
  • listcheckSalt, red chilli powder, Ajwain
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add besan, onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, salt, red chilli powder and ajwain in a bowl
  • Step-2
    Add water to the above mixture and make consistency of a dosa ( not too thick not too watery) - shud b able to spread easily
  • Step-3
    In another bowl, mix grated paneer with chaat masala and salt
  • Step-4
    On a heated tawa,put a little butter and spread the cheela batter evenly in a round shape
  • Step-5
    cook it from both sides and apply butter as required
  • Step-6
    after properly cooking from both sides, spread the paneer mixture on half and close from the other side
  • Step-7
    serve with chutney or ketchup
