These are quick to make and very filling. Could be used as a snack or a lunchbox idea. The quantity mentioned make around 8-10 wraps. Serving it with a homemade nuoc cham chay sauce ( soy - chilli - lemon - minced garlic) macros for this not included. #Week2 #Challenge #Mealprep1

Ingredients

  • listcheck7-8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  • listcheck200 gms crumbled Paneer
  • listcheck40 gm Diced Capsicum
  • listcheck1 tsp Ginger
  • listcheck1 tsp Garlic
  • listcheck1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • listcheck1 tsp Chilli Sauce
  • listcheck1-2 tsp Pepper powder
  • listcheckLow Cal cooking Spray
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheck2-3 spring onions
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Keep a skillet for heating and coat with some cooking spray add in the whites of spring onion , ginger, garlic & saute till done.
  • Step-2
    Now add in the diced capsicum along with some salt saute for 3-4 mins. When done add in the crumbled Paneer along with pepper powder, soy sauce, chilli sauce and give it a good mix. Cook till paneer looks done. Season with some more salt if needed.
  • Step-3
    Let this mixture cool down a bit. In the meantime chop your leaves into halves
  • Step-4
    Fill each leaf half with generous amounts of the filling and wrap the leaf. Serve it warm with your choice of sauce. Dip & enjoy :)
