Step-1STEP 1 - Make marinate- In soya sauce add giner galic paste , black pepper powder, chilli flakes , mix well.
Step-2STEP 2 - Add thin slices of chicken breast to this marinate. keep aside for 45min or overnight.
Step-3STEP 3 - In a pan add all the finely chopped vegetables,till they caramelized (approx. 15 min on slow flame), seasoning as required
Step-4STEP 4 - Fill the vegetables in the chicken breast and fold it into a roll cover with baking sheet 1st then aluminium sheet.
Step-5STEP 5 - Preheat the over for 10 min at 450F , place the chicken on a baking tray in cake for approx 20-30 mins. Garnish with chilli and pinch of chia seeds, Serve hot and enjoy. (you can add the left over marinate on top)
