Ingredients

  • listcheck100 gms Paneer
  • listcheck10 gm Ghee
  • listcheckcumin seeds
  • listcheckGarlic cloves - 2
  • listcheckOnion - 30 gms
  • listcheckTomato - 50 gms
  • listcheckGreen Peas - 50 gm
  • listcheckBaby Corn - 2 sticks
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckRed chilli powder
  • listcheckTurmeric powder
  • listcheckDhaniya powder
  • listcheckGaram Masala
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat ghee in a frying pan. Then add cumin seeds, onion and minced garlic cloves. when it turns brown, add finely chopped Tomatoes.
  • Step-2
    When it becomes like a paste, add all the spices except Garam masala.
  • Step-3
    put Matar, baby corn and paneer pieces in the gravy. Add 100 ml water to it.
  • Step-4
    Cover the lid for 10 mins. Then add Garam Masala. Again cover for 5 mins.
  • Step-5
    Baby corn, matar paneer Masala is ready to serve.
