Ingredients

  • listcheck100 gms paneer
  • listcheckTomotoe medium - 1 nos
  • listcheckButter - 1 tbsp
  • listcheckDry spices ( 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 eilachi, 2 cloves and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste )
  • listcheck1/2 tbsp haldi, 1 tbsp chilli, 2 tbsp coriander
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    - heat 1 tbs butter in pan. Once its heated add cumin seeds, cloves and eilachi
  • Step-2
    - once it sparkles add chopped tomotoes and add ginger garlic paste to it
  • Step-3
    - after 2 minutes add haldi, chilli powder & coriander. Close the lid and let it cook on a low flame for 10 minutes
  • Step-4
    - later add the chopped cubes of panner to it and keep it for 5 minutes
  • Step-5
    - garnish with coriander and serve with hot rice. You tomotoe paneer is ready to be served
