How to make & Chicken quickie (jhatpat)

Step-1

First of all wash chicken pieces nicely and with a knife cut it into small pieces, after that add all the ingredients in the chicken except butter and coriander leaves and marinate it for sometime. After that heat a non stick pan and add butter to it , once heated add chopped onions to it and fry it till it's fried , then add the marinated chicken to it and saute for sometime , add some water to it now you can cover the pan and leave it on slow flame for sometime , till the chicken turns soft and tender
