Ingredients

  • listcheckchicken breast cubed 200 gms
  • listcheckghee 7 gms
  • listchecksoya sauce 1 tsbsp
  • listcheckcapsicum 15 gms
  • listcheckcabbage 10 gms
  • listchecksalt to taste
  • listcheckdry red chillies whole
  • listcheck4 pieces whole peppercorn
  • listcheck1 star anise
  • listcheckGinger 2 gms
  • listcheck1 garlic clove
  • Method

  • Step-1
    marinate the chicken in soya sauce while you chop veggies *chop chicken to an inch size so it Cooks faster
  • Step-2
    chop capsicum and cabbage slice ginger and garlic
  • Step-3
    heat ghee in a non-stick pan add the pepper corns, star anise and whole red chillie, ginger and garlic to the ghee when aromatic
