Step-1Measure, cut and keep all the items ready
Step-2cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces and boil them in cooker for one whistle - add half spoon salt
Step-3Boil the rice for 12 to 15 mins separately
Step-4once rice and chicken are ready, heat the pan and pour 10 gms ghee
Step-5fry onion then capsicum for 5 mins and add salt, chilly power & pepper
Step-6filter the water from both Chicken and Rice, add them in pan, cook for 5 more mins and the hot fried capsicum Chicken rice is ready..!
