This paneer dish is a transformation of regular paneer Sabzi with the help of just 2 simple ingredients - Coriander and Milk. It’s inspired by my moms mouth watering paneer dish which leaves everyone wanting for more 😊

Ingredients

  • listcheck200 GMs Paneer
  • listcheck50 ml Cow Milk
  • listcheckHalf onion grated
  • listcheckHalf Tomato grated
  • listcheck4 grated garlic cloves
  • listcheckHalf inch grated ginger
  • listcheck4 green chillies
  • listcheckFinely chopped Coriander
  • listcheck50 ml water
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • listcheckHalf teaspoon Turmeric
  • listcheckHalf teaspoon red chilli powder
  • listcheckHalf teaspoon garam masala
  • listcheckHalf teaspoon chicken masala
  • listcheckHalf teaspoon coriander powder
  • listcheck8 gm Desi Ghee
  • listcheck3-4 Chopped green chillies
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. Heat ghee in a pan and add grated garlic
  • Step-2
    2. Add grated onion and sauté till golden brown
  • Step-3
    3. Add all spices and fry for a minute
  • Step-4
    4. Add Grated tomato, grated ginger and chopped green chillies
  • Step-5
    5. Fry till ghee separates from masala
  • Step-6
    6. Add paneer cubes and top it up with milk and water
  • Step-7
    7. Cover with lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Step-8
    8. Remove the lid and garnish with lots of finely chopped coriander
