How to make & paneer capsicum with roasted broccoli and beans

Step-1

for opos paneer capsicum: layer as below, cook in pressure cooker for 2W(for slightly crunchy vegetables) or 3W(for very soft vegetables - that's the way I made it) Layer 1: ghee(2tsp) Layer 2: water(1tsp) - if you want it watery, otherwise optional Layer 3: chopped onions(half cup) Layer 4: chopped capsicum (half cup) Layer 5: paneer(1 cup) either directly or pot in pot Layer 6: ginger garlic paste, masalas, salt

Step-2

for the sides - oven roasted broccoli and green beans: take 1 cup broccoli and 1 cup green beans, drizzle olive oil (1 tbsp), salt, pepper, chilli powder roast in the oven at 400 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
