Ingredients

  • listcheckBoneless chicken Brest 100g
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • listcheckGarlic pods : 6-8
  • listcheckSoya sauce- 15 ml
  • listcheckWheat flour / rice flour-5 g
  • listcheckCabbage- 100 g shredded
  • listcheckRaw rice-20 g
  • listcheckPepper powder
  • listcheckChing’s fried rice masala
  • listcheckFinely chopped green chilli
  • listcheckFinely chopped spring onions
  • listcheckEgg white-1
  • listcheckButter -6 g
  • listcheckSalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, & pressure cook or boil
  • Step-2
    Pressure cook 20 g raw rice
  • Step-3
    Separate broth & chicken, save broth for gravy
  • Step-4
    Shred chicken in long strips Add 5 ml soya sauce & egg white , salt , pepper powder to chicken pieces , keep aside
  • Step-5
    Heat 3 g butter in nonstick pan , add finely chopped garlic, fry little burned (remove half keep aside) Add chicken & stir fry
  • Step-6
    Remove and add chicken broth , add some chopped green chilli, salt When it boils , add paste of rice flour or wheat flour, broth will thicken
  • Step-7
    Add soya sauce Then add chicken pieces & mix properly
  • Step-8
    In a wok add 3 g butter , stir fry raw cabbage, salt , powder pepper,stir fry, add cooked rice
  • Step-9
    Serve with burned garlic chicken Garnish with burned garlic flakes,& spring onions
