Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer 100 g
  • listcheckID idly dosa batter 60g
  • listcheckFinely chopped veggies
  • listcheckSchezwan chutney 1 tsp
  • listcheckButter-10 g
  • listcheckCheese cube-1
  • listcheckPav bhaji masala
  • listcheckDhania jeera powder
  • listcheckSalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Finely chop cabbage, capsicum, spring onions,bell pepper etc
  • Step-2
    Cut paneer into cubes,sprinkle salt , dhania jeera powder,pav bhaji masala
  • Step-3
    Heat 3 g butter in nonstick pan,add cumin seeds When they splutter , add paneer cubes, sauté
  • Step-4
    Heat nonstick dosa tawa, brush little butter
  • Step-5
    Spread dosa batter to form a thin papery dosa
  • Step-6
    Add veggies, sprinkle salt ,add paneer
  • Step-7
    Cover it with lid , for few mins
  • Step-8
    Remove lid and add grated cheese
  • Step-9
    Roll the dosa
  • Step-10
    Cut into 3 pieces , garnish with cheese & spring onions
  • Step-11
    Jini paneer dosa is ready!!enjoy!! It is served vertically ( don’t know why 😀) with grated cheese on top and coconut chutney or sambar
