Week2 #Challenge #mealprep. Morning give me hope and creativity! Sunday morning and TC9 Challenge code HOPE to come up with a low calorie, 200 gm paneer recipe keeping in mind the appeal! This year gonna be tougher with taking care of not only my transformation but also many others who trust me. I tried making this dish as low in calories as possible. The paneer was extracted from milk by using a lemon. Home made paneer, no oil ensured its calories exceed not more than 100 kcal while it tastes nice. However one might like to slightly stir fry the Paneer in oil with onion and other condiments as per taste. I like to keep it simple (silly)

Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer (homemade from boiling milk) 200 gm
  • listcheckLemon 1 pc
  • listcheckoregano, salt, pepper as per taste
  • listcheckchilliflakes
  • listcheckbell pepper 2 pc, Lettuce
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. Boil 500 ml Milk and squeeze lemon to take out paneer (cottage cheese) from it.
  • Step-2
    2. Mix the warm paneer with salt, oregano, chat masala, chilli flakes as per taste. (Alternatively you may stir fry with oil, onion and other vegetables)
  • Step-3
    3. Cut the Ball peppers in half and stuff with paneer as shown.
  • Step-4
    4. Decorate with lettuce and serve
