Ingredients

  • listcheck100 gm Paneer - diced in small cubes
  • listcheckEgg - 6
  • listcheckOnion - 25gm - sliced
  • listcheckGreen Peas/corn - 25 gm (optional)
  • listcheckamul cheese - 2 slice
  • listcheckbutter - 10gm
  • listchecksalt to taste
  • listcheckred chilli powder - 1 pinch
  • listcheckOregano/Chilli flakes
  • listcheckPizza Sauce/ketchup - half spoon
  • Method

  • Step-1
    shallow fry paneer cubes, onion slices and green peas in 5gm butter
  • Step-2
    Keep the fried ingredients aside
  • Step-3
    Beat 3 eggs and 3 egg whites in separate bowls, add salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • Step-4
    Add 5gm butter in a pre-heated pan and Pour beaten egg into the pan
  • Step-5
    Add small pieces of cheese slice on this egg batter to make a cheesy crust
  • Step-6
    Let it settle on low flame for 3 min
  • Step-7
    Once settled, pour the egg white batter, add a bit of pizza sauce/ketchup on top, distribute it evenly
  • Step-8
    Add cheese slice with the shallow fried paneer, onion and peas/corn on top of the batter
  • Step-9
    Cover the lid of the pan and keep the stove at medium flame until the cheese starts bubbling
  • Step-10
    Take the pizza out of the pan, sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and cut into 8 slices
  • Step-11
    Serve hot
