How to make & protein packed salad

Step-1

boil soya granules for 5-10 min till they get soaked

Step-2

steam the sprouts

Step-3

chop all veggies

Step-4

mix them well

Step-5

add salt and pepper according to taste

Step-6

add some chili sauce or a little mayo for taste(optional)
