Hara bhara chilla is simplest way to complete your greens in diet.you can also add spinach,grated broccoli or any other leafy vegetable as per your choice.

Ingredients

  • listcheck100gm Bottle groud/lauki(Grated, boiled and squeezed)
  • listcheckMethi leaves (chopped)
  • listcheck2Green chilli ( chopped)
  • listcheck1tsp Ginger garlic powder
  • listcheck1/4tsp Red chilli powder
  • listcheck1tsp Coriander powder
  • listcheck1 Egg
  • listcheck5gm Pysllium husk
  • listcheck10ml Ghee
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except ghee.Make sure that all dry spices and veggies combine well with no lumps.
  • Step-2
    Heat the ghee on non stick pan, pour a little mixture on cover it with lid on low flame for 1-2 mins.Flip the chilla and cook it with both sides.
  • Step-3
    Serve hot with chutney and curd.
