How to make & Paneer Bhurji TC9, WEEK2, HOPE

Step-1

Add olive oil, fry cumin, onion till it turns a bit red (add a pinch of salt so onion releases water and makes it easy to fry with less oil)

Step-2

Add tomatoes and again fry it

Step-3

Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, mix well with onion and tomatoes

Step-4

Scramble Paneer and add it to mixture and mix well, add salt as per taste and mix again

Step-5

Now add Pav Bhaji Masala (my catalyst for taste 😜) mix well and the Paneer bhurji is ready
