Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer 200 gm
  • listcheckOnion 100 gm
  • listcheckTomato: 100 gm
  • listcheckOlive oil 10 gm
  • listcheckCumin, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Pav Bhaji Masala, Salt (as per taste)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add olive oil, fry cumin, onion till it turns a bit red (add a pinch of salt so onion releases water and makes it easy to fry with less oil)
  • Step-2
    Add tomatoes and again fry it
  • Step-3
    Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, mix well with onion and tomatoes
  • Step-4
    Scramble Paneer and add it to mixture and mix well, add salt as per taste and mix again
  • Step-5
    Now add Pav Bhaji Masala (my catalyst for taste 😜) mix well and the Paneer bhurji is ready
