How to make & High protein meal Veg and Non Veg

Step-1

Recipe for Paneer 1) cut paneer into small cube 2) add spices to suit ur pallets 3) add 10 gms butter to kadai and shallow fry panneer untill they are caramalized 4) add 2 tbsp water in a cooker, add veggies (here it is Capsicum+Beans) + add spices to taste 5) 2 whistles and release pressure 6) serve with veggies

Step-2

Recipe for Chicken 1) cut chicken to bite sized pieces 2) marinate with curd, ginger garlic paste + other spices to suit ur pallet. Marinate overnight in fridge 3) Add 15 gms butter in a 2L cooker 4) add marinated chicken 5) cook for 5 whistles or 6 mins and release pressure 6) serve with veggies
