Broccoli crackers are a healthy low carb and gluten free snack.

Ingredients

  • listcheck1 Medium Broccoli Head
  • listcheck1 Egg
  • listcheck50gms Mozzarella cheese
  • listcheck10gm Almond flour
  • listcheck1/2 TSP Garlic powder
  • listcheck1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • listchecksalt as needed
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Preheat the oven to 200c.
  • Step-2
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Step-3
    Cut the broccoli into florets and place into food processor.Blitz until the broccoli is small.
  • Step-4
    place the broccoli in a bowl and add all ingredients mix well until combined.
  • Step-5
    spoon the mixture onto parchment paper and spread out evenly with a spoon.
  • Step-6
    Bake for 15-20mins until golden and firm.
  • Step-7
    cut into strips ,then squares with a knife.
  • Step-8
    Eat and enjoy with hot cup of coffee.
