How to make & soya anda bhurji


1. soak soayabean 1 hour before the actual cooking. 2. chop onion,garlic,green chillies . 3. take a pan, and put 10gm of butter and saute your onion , garlic , and chillies, add pinch cumin seed and salt and pinch of turmeric. 4. saute your soya chunks till the water drains and the crack 2 whole eggs and let it cook.. remember to stir repeatedly as it may stick to pan or give big lumps of eggs if not stir. 5. garnish with coriander leaves and lemon. your delicious dish is ready to eat. do try this recipe and enjoy.
