I was so bored of eating boiled vegetables and plains omelets/boiled eggs. So thought of mixing both together n that’s how I came up with the tasty capsicum omelet. You guys will love it once you try.

Ingredients

  • listcheck2 whole eggs
  • listcheck100 gm capsicum
  • listcheck10 gm ghee
  • listcheckSalt for taste
  • listcheckPepper/chilli powder for taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take 100gm capsicum and cut into small pieces.
  • Step-2
    In a bowl take 2 whole eggs and mix the capsicum.
  • Step-3
    Add salt and pepper/chilli powder as per the taste.
  • Step-4
    Take a pan and add 10gm ghee and pour the Omlet and cook well on both the sides.
