How to make & high protein

Step-1

1. Add all the ingredients in a mixer grinder jar.

Step-2

2. Grind then for 5 mins .

Step-3

3. Check the smoothie for the thickness.

Step-4

4. If the thickness looks fine and all the ingredients are mixed properly just like a shake .

5. Pour the smoothie in a glass or shaker.

6. Enjoy it with oats or muesli in the breakfast.
