How to make & oats Mix Dal Chilla

Step-1

soak Dal Overnight

Step-2

add oats 5 mins before cooking

Step-3

grind Soak Dal and Oats along with Green Chilli in mixer for make smooth batter(add water if required)

Step-4

add ginger Garlic paste an salt to batter

Step-5

heat pan add 1 gm of Oil

Step-6

Put Batter on Pan and cook on both side just like Dosa
