  • listcheckChicken breast boneless 250 gms
  • listcheckOlive oil 11 gms
  • listcheckWorcester sauce 10 ml
  • listcheckBarbecue sauce 5 gms
  • listcheckContinental dried herbs 5 gms
  • listcheckChilli flakes, salt, grounded pepper,to taste
  • listcheckBoiled sweet potatoes with skin 150 gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Wrap the meat in a polythene cover and gently pound with a heavy object to break the muscle fiber. Add 3 gms of oil along with the mentioned ingredients and soak the meat for 2 or more hours. Take the meat, gently pan fry with the rest of oil until the meat get cooked. Serve it along with boiled sweet potatoes
