Step-1First step - Grind coriander , mint leaves , chillies and curd in jar
Step-2Take a pan and add 1 tbs of ghee , onions and ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Step-3Add chicken , salt for taste , cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix it well and cook for 10 mins
Step-4Add the grinded paste and add water if needed and let it cook for 15 mins
Step-5Add butter , crushed methi leaves and
pepper powder as per the taste and cook until the chicken is done .
