How to make & Haryali chicken
First step - Grind coriander , mint leaves , chillies and curd in jar
Take a pan and add 1 tbs of ghee , onions and ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Add chicken , salt for taste , cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix it well and cook for 10 mins
Add the grinded paste and add water if needed and let it cook for 15 mins
Add butter , crushed methi leaves and pepper powder as per the taste and cook until the chicken is done .
