  • listcheck100 Gms Cleaned & Deveined Shrimps
  • listcheck1 Ltr Seafood Stock
  • listcheck1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • listcheck2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • listcheck2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • listcheck2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • listcheck3 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • listcheckChopped and Desseded Plum Tomato
  • listcheck3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • listcheckBlack Pepper

  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat olive oil over medium heat in a pan
  • Step-2
    Saute Chopped Tomato till al-dente
  • Step-3
    Add Seafood Stock to the pan and let it simmer for few minutes.

    Add Chili Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Salt and Black Pepper.

    Stir well and let it simmer to a boil.

    Slice Shrimps into bite size pieces.
