How to make & Air fried Onion Rings

Step-1

Cut off both ends of the onions and peel the skin off of them. Slice into rings.

Step-2

Put the flour in one bowl. Beat the eggs and milk in another bowl. Add the panko breadcrumbs to the third bowl.

Step-3

Split the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt between each of the bowls. Whisk each bowl to evenly disperse the seasoning.

Step-4

Dip the onion rings in the flour first. Completely coat both sides of the rings and the inner portion. 

Step-5

Dip the flour coated rings into the egg mixture. Make sure to completely coat with the egg so you cannot see any of the flour.

Step-6

Then dip the rings in the breadcrumb mixture. Coat them with the panko breadcrumbs, use your fingers to press the bread crumbs onto the rings. 

Step-7

Carefully place a single layer of the onion rings into the air fryer and spray the top with cooking spray. Cook on 375 F for 10 minutes. Flip each ring halfway through the cooking time. 

Step-8

Serve them with dipping sauces, or regular ketchup.
