How to make & Burrito Bowl

Step-1

Beans - Boil beans with salt and pepper until soft

Step-2

Butter -Garlic Rice - Add 5 g of butter to the sauce pan and add chopped garlic to it. Let it cook until raw smell of garlic is gone. Add rice and cook it with little chopped coriander

Step-3

Vegetables- in a pan add 5 of butter and cook the diced potato seasoned with salt. Keep these aside. In the same pan add bell peppers and onion, cook them on high flame for 2-3 min. Season it with salt and pepper

Step-4

Sauce 1 - In a bowl take 50g of thick curd, add salt, pepper, chopper coriander and chilli to it. Mix everything together

Step-5

Sauce 2 - in a chopper add onion, tomato, salt, lime juice, coriander leaves and chopped everything coarsely
