I had a dislike for soya but due to strict diet regime I unwillingly had to develop a fondness for them.. So one day came up with this recipe to pamper my tastebuds.. I am in love with this easy to make recipe..

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoya chunks (25gm)
  • listcheckMushroom (120gm)
  • listcheckGhee (10gm)
  • listcheckGarlic cloves (4 no)
  • listcheckOnion medium sized (1 no)
  • listcheckGreen chillies (4/5 no)
  • listcheckCoriander for garnishing
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1)Boil soya chunks for 2 mins and strain the water out 2) Heat 10gm ghee in a pan and put in chopped garlic cloves and chopped onion. Weight till the onion gets little brown. 3)Add washed and sliced mushrooms. Keep stirring for about 2 minutes 4)Add boiled soya chunks and stir again for about 2-3 minutes 5)Add sliced green chillies 6)Add salt and chilli flakes to taste 7)Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes 8) Voila😇😇 its ready!!!
